“We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. “The room was not cleaned 2 days of our stay. We had to ask to have the room vacuumed The staff do not even acknowledge you. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with coffee supplies Very poor housekeeping ”

“Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. ”

“Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. ”

“New hotel not much to say everything is nice and clean and quiet staff all was friendly, breakfast is always good and planty for everyone. . Getting in and out the driveway is a real pain in the butt but over all 👍”
