“While hotel was excellent, the bathroom wasn’t swept (I don’t want to tell you what was on floor and do not want to be negative)”

“Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom could use an update - may be time to remove the old telephone hanging on the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, we would chose this hotel again when coming to Big Rapids.”

“The staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub was just what we needed. Will stay again soon. ”

“La stanza era abbastanza confortevole. Non c’era un armadio ma un piccolo appendiabiti. Il bagno era pulito e la camera abbastanza spaziosa. Siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dalla colazione. La frutta era quasi inesistente come le paste dolci. Comunque nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno.”
