“Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...

“Great place to stay especially with the beach right outside our door. We were able to walk to town and didn’t need a car. Also went to Marion’s ice cream. A place we’ve gone to for the blue moon ice cream since the 1960s. Was just a walk up back then. Now it’s even better!”

“Motel was in a lousy area far from the beach. Room never got cleaned. Left a day early. Even after paying for the day. Over 250.00 I won't be back.”
