“The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. “Tappa rilassante nel Vermont che ci ha permesso di riposare lungo il nostro tour. Bella struttura, un po' affollata da un andirivieni di gente. La nostra camera non era molto grande ma il letto era molto comodo. Frigobar un po' rumoroso e fastidioso e wifi scarsissimo su tutto il secondo piano. Molto bella la zona spa e della piscina.”

“Just be careful about the added fees for tennis. It is not clear on their website that they charge $81.00 for indoor court time. I specifically asked to play outdoors and they directed me to pay more without letting me know the cost up front. The rooms are a little tired (I stayed in the Executive King) and need some updated, but the resort has a nice pool area and hot tub and the free coffee in the morning is a nice touch.”

“This hotel was so fun for my 8 year old who loved the arcade and waterslides. The room keys often stopped working for all 4 adults on the trip. We had to keep going to the main desk. They just need to update the system I think. We wish they offered housekeeping services during our 2 night stay. Bath tub and bathroom door not the cleanest. This hotel could use a bit of extra love (updating and deep clean). Price was good ”
