“I arrived at 5:30 to check into a room with a 3:00 check in. The room was not ready. The front desk staff told me it would "be a while" and she would call me when it was ready. I was traveling with 4 minors. When I still didn't have a room at 6:30, I asked to cancel and made other arrangements. They are refusing to refund money. The hotel told expedia the room was ready at 4:30. It was a lie and expedia did nothing to confirm and refused to stand behind the customer. Never again expedia...

“I needed a quick 2 night weekend spontaneous trip to Destin. This hotel is convenient and about 25 minutes away. My room was clean. Would recommend. Would stay again. ”

“The bathroom door didn't want to shut all the way and it ended up coming off the hinges but the air conditioner smelled funny until I took the filter out and cleaned it and then it cooled pretty well and the pool was never open though and I made sure that I made reservations at a hotel with a pool so that way who could get in the pool if we didn't want to be at the beach and that was kind of messed up that the pool was never opened but aside from that everything else was all right”
