We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332. I went down to the front desk and she came up within five minutes, heard the noise and figured out it was from the storage and equipment room next door and assigned us a new room immediately. “I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and both the shower and the air conditioning were not working properly. To make matters worse, the guest laundry was a mess—only one machine was functioning. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not recommend staying here until they improve their facilities and customer service.”

“Staff was friendly and pleasant. The free breakfast was hot with fresh muffins and bagels and had something for everyone, and the coffee was very good. Room was clean and quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable ”

“Building is in need of a face-lift. Carpets inside rooms,lobbies, stairs, etc...are absolutely disgustingly stained and dirty. Great pool and late check out is until 1pm”

“The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it. I missed breakfast but the area they had it in was super clean and they look to have loads of offerings. “Not as advertised. If you need a rollaway bed, it is not available at all and the hotel is not responsible for advertising accurately.”

“There was no room service done during my stay and the receptionist said they do them on different days but that was not communicated with me.Terrivle experience! I also got put into a double queen room because they said they had overbooked the king room I reserved and paid for. Never staying at this hotel again. ”
