“Location friendly staff, nice spacious room. Has a pool but did not use it. Only reason it did not get 5 stars is because no form of breakfast and no stand or bench to put our suitcases on. We would stay here again!”

“False advertising. The pictures in the listing are not truthful to the condition of the hotel. The room we got was very worn and dirty. There were even gross things wiped on the bathroom walls. This is one of those older hotels that want to be a boutique so they renovate but without keeping it up, what’s the point? Door knobs were loose/didn’t latch well. Not what I was expecting given the pictures and ratings.”

“Very clean and quaint hotel. Nice continental breakfast too. Would stay again. Only negative was too cold and unable to control temperature.”

“The parking was easy, the room was quiet and the bed was super comfy. Everything was really good. Disappointing they don't include breakfast though.”

“Not clean, outdated and scary. Holes in the wall, hair on the toilet seat. Needs an update and security. Did not feel safe. Not in a good part of town. We ended up leaving way early in the morning just to get out of there. Couldnt sleep anyways. We stayed one night. That was to much.”

“A lovely, quiet stay on the edge of downtown Guerneville. Easily walkable to anywhere in town. The exterior of the building was a bit dated but overall the room felt comfortable and rustic.”
