“Clean, friendly staff and quiet. The room was extra hot and the ac wasn’t the best, its green hotel using solar panels tho. Multiple guests I met had the same complaint, but all in all a great stay.”

“Habitaciones Amplias , baño grande. Piscina limpia. Desayuno incluido bueno muy variado . Mercados, tiendas y parques a solo 7 minutos a proximadamente. Lo malo solo q al llegar nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada , al Abrir nos llevamos un susto . Pero inmediatamente al poner la queja nos dieron otra habitación .”

“Front desk staff were super friendly. Our room wasn’t clean. There were crumbs on the carpet, the only thing that was different after cleaning each day was the empty trash bins. The used towels were not changed just folded and put back in the bathroom.”

“Both our bed had dirty sheets. The hotel was run down and not country inn and suites quality. My daughter doesn’t eat pork and they refused to provide chicken or Turkey meat option even though a sign was posted. Not a good stay”

“It was a great visit, starting at check in. It was fast and easy. The lady who checked me in (didn't get her name) was awesome. In addition to the check in she was able to help me with a number of things such as identifying the closest Catholic Church. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional and polite. The breakfast, although choices were limited, was good. I was interested in eggs and sausage or bacon w\and they offered those on a rotating basis. The room was clean and...

“It started out we got there early and was unable to check in which is OK but was told they would call us and never did. When I returned after 4 there were 3 other people there that was told the exact same thing but did not happen. When we got into the room it was very hot and had a foul odor. There was black mode noted on the ceilings. We were on the 1st floor and could walk directly outside and when we did there was broken glass just outside our room. We never saw staff to be able to tell them...

“The mattress absolutely sucked! There was a crater in the middle and we always fell in it. After 2 nights of misery I told the desk clerk. They did replace that mattress with one without a crater in the middle but it was real soft so the back aches continued. The location and the view were awesome. Kitchen could use more tools to cook with.”
