“Had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly, from check in to the staff at the casino, everyone had great customer service. The room was super clean and pretty quiet, we didn’t hear our neighbors or anything. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again!”

“Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. As for the staff, the person who checked me in was nice and attentive. However, the person next to them was either...

“This house is well decorated and very inviting. Bryan was a superb host and very responsive. We both absolutely loved the beds; they were very comfortable. The kitchen was great. It had everything that we needed. We were close to the Arrowhead Stadium. This was important to us because we came for the Chiefs v. Broncos game.We really enjoyed the showers with the rain-like shower heads. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, lotion and shampoo.”
