“They were excavating the driveway and ran the jackhammer, concrete saw and then blew off the parking lot with a leaf blower at 8:00 pm Two days after we left another charge appeared on my credit card for 177.20 I called and was told it was a simple error and they would call me back tomorrow. Never heard back from them ”

“First, the staff was great. However, the property location felt unsafe and the room I checked into had multiple holes in the bathroom door, the tiles on the floor were damages, and it smelled like smoke. I spent a total of 1 minute in the room before going right back down to the office to check out and get my money back.”

“There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room.
