“My husband and I stayed overnight at their newer, Mountain Tower. While the room looked clean and new, the amenities were awful! Despite the near 40 per night resort fee, they don't even provide you with complimentary water. The room amenities were nearly non-existent. Topping that, the mattress was THE WORST I've experienced in decades! It was beyond soft...it was caved in, and SQUEAKED every time you moved! We felt as if we were in a 1-star hotel! Also, the overhead fan (A/C) system sounded...

“We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.”

“We had a nice stay at the Best Western Plus Inn at Dillsboro. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The only thing lacking was adequate lighting in the bathroom and living area. I couldn't see how to get ready in the mornings properly. ”

“There's no gym practically just a few little things and they're broken definitely recommend staying somewhere where are they amenities are much nicer but in a pinch it's okay”
