“Check in was fine, but was not given information about the internet. I called the front desk and after on hold for 10 minutes hung up and tried several other times. Finally went down to the desk to get info. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed only a sheet. However the room was clean. Escalator going down was out of order.”

“Water pressure was erratic with pressure increasing and decreasing in shower. Needs addressed for customer comfort.”

“The hotel was very nicely maintained, and staff were most pleasant and helpful. The room was clean; the mattress was firm and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. If I were to go to Boone North Carolina again, I would definitely return to this hotel.”

“Beds were in bad shape and squeaked. Not very clean, found a spiderweb and bug by air conditioner. Sliding bathroom door on the inside appeared to have never been cleaned. Weird shower. Stain on carpet. Breakfast was sad. Place was quiet. Staff was great.”
