“Room very clean”

“Horrible place DO NOT STAY THERE We got there and there were dogs everywhere some of them looked aggressive front desk guy couldn’t find our reservation we contacted Expedia they took care of it we go back to the front desk a young guy that didn’t know anything told us there were no rooms that eventough it showed online they had rooms available in reality they didn’t. Fir us to us to cancel and go somewhere else !! I asked what could they do for us he said nothing never apologize no...

“The staff was very helpful and the room and bath were clean, but nothing fancy.”

“The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“The property/rooms are spotless and very roomy. The front desk staff, cleaning team and breakfast team are superb! Breakfast quality is excellent and chef Andy and Enith ensured that breakfast was fresh and well stocked at all times (best oatmeal!). We had such a pleasant experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so worthwhile. ”

“No the room was was 82° in the room. I sweated all night. I took four showers I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept in the living room because there was a ceiling fan. I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was ”

“They have signs up that they are renovating... however... reviews from last year say the same about renovations. The furniture in the rooms is sooo beat up...no microwave..no lamps..it was very run down. Not to mention the what seemed like alit if homeless people hanging out front the entire weekend? I will not stay here again. Lots of other hotels to choose from in the area. ”
