☛ Enhanced cleaning protocols: the condo is prepared in 2 steps. First, we clean meticulously, and then, we disinfect with our special equipment.

☛ The condo has individual autonomous air systems.

☛ Face masks are mandatory in common spaces at all times.

☛ Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. We recommend handwashing with soap for at least 30 seconds, removes germs from hands.

The whole unit is yours!
There is 1 parking spot included. Access to the underground parking garage is with a parking remote. The remote is located inside the unit when you checkin. Please return the remote to the holder by the door before you checkout. You do not need the remote to exit the garage.
Other things to note
VERY IMPORTANT Things to note:

☛ Please make sure to have a valid piece of ID & a Card (Visa or Mastercard) that matches the name on the reservation when you check-in. The Hotel will put a PRE-AUTHORIZED HOLD of $250 on your credit card, as a deposit.

☛ All reservations of more than 14 consecutive days, will require regular weekly or biweekly cleanings charged directly from the Hotel, to your credit card on file. Each cleaning is $45.99.

☛ NO EARLY CHECK-INS can be accommodated. No waiting in the lobby

☛ NO LATE CHECK OUTS can be accommodated

☛ $100 Deposit will be required for the Garage Remote. You will receive a request for the deposit through Airbnb Resolutions. The deposit will not be returned for lost or unreturned remotes. The remotes must be left inside the unit - not at the reservation desk. Parking Height limit 1.96M.

☛ For stays longer than 5 days, there will be an extra charge for refills of soaps, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, coffee and tea, that will be provided at the front desk. You can also order these things from the grocery store at your expense, and have them delivered. There are several grocery stores and pharmacies in the area. Many within walking distance.
