Hotel vicino a Monumento a Seyfullin - Astana

“High level structure, very good room, only the shower handle was difficult to operate and I couldn't have warm water to wash myself”

“Ottima posizione per spostarsi. Silenzioso apartamento e confortevole.”

“Prezzo/qualità molto buoni”

“Everything was perfect, from my arrive to my departure.”

“Good location, good breakfast, just need update some of its facilities!”

“I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Astana. The location is convenient for visiting some attractions, as it is close to the museum, a mosque, and a park. The room was not particularly impressive or immaculate, and the furniture and overall appearance looked somewhat old. The lobby also has an older...

“I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...

“Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.”
