“The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.”

It states “dryer” under laundry amenities. I assumed that meant washer&dryer, but there are no machines in this unit. Other issue is that there is a seemingly unlocked door leading to another unit behind a curtain. I would have felt better if it had 2 dead bolts like a hotel room. “We had a relaxing (Mother's Day) weekend stay in the private studio suite at Eric's beautiful home. We were in the area for my cousin's wedding weekend - in both downtown Los Gatos on Friday and at lovely Saratoga Springs for the wedding. Easy access to both events and close enough to shoot over Hwy 17 to have breakfast and browse before the wedding on Saturday. “After a long day of traveling and visiting San Francisco, this house was perfect to come to, relax in the living room and unwind with friends. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the spacious areas; loved the master bedroom although I would have liked a bench at end of bed or a chair to sit on to get dressed.
