“We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...

“FYI, I figured this was similar to another Sonesta location I stayed at so I was not expecting it to be more like a furnished rental. There weren't many photos to go by so it looked like the room doors were interior not exterior, which I don't prefer. Overall the room was much more than I expected in terms of space and it was a good deal, but staff never answered the phone and that was frustrating. The bathroom was small and dimly lit which made me pass on taking a shower as I only stayed one...

“3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either. The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water. The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days.”

“I did not expect the status I saw this time at all no help at all as no staff available to give a hand We have to bring our luggage in the hotel and inside the hotel same to bring down and take to car ourselves Food in bfst quite poor also but may be this is the standard for such hotels nowadays”

“The area felt a little sketch, the property seemed a little dated, and certain parts seemed a little rundown. We encountered a drunk man on the elevator and out in the parking lot. In general, just did not feel like the safest place to stay.”
