“The outlet wasn’t working in our washroom. This was in a newly renovated room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. ”

We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. “Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Front desk had us checked in in 10 minutes after we came in the door. Breakfast was fresh and ready at the time they said it would be ready.”

“I had to book at very last minute because of family emergency. I was so relieved to see how lovely my room was! Room 15 Clean, SMOKE FREE, and roomy. The staff were very courteous and friendly too! A good choice for the price!! ”

“The chair, bathtub, and children’s high chair were extremely dirty. The sofa and the bed were not comfortable at all..I believe the word “comfort” in the hotel’s name is misleading; “dirty” would be more appropriate..”
