“Everything was excellent”

“I chose this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we noted a sign on the pool door stating that the pool was closed. When I inquired about when the pool would be opened (I was there for 10 days), they stated "we have no idea, we are waiting on the state." The pool was closed for the duration of our trip. Upon entering our room on a Monday evening, I noted the typical "do not disturb" door hanger on our door and left it for us to sleep in in the morning. I...

The resterant and owner / staff / food are great . - that’s such a plus to have downstairs and it’s a short walk also to other places across the street. Very Happy also that you are not on the money grab for charging for parking! - it’s just a principal thing if you’re a guest staying often. Please keep it that way! “Refused to print or email me an itemized receipt because I booked through Expedia and Expedia's customer service is automated and is a pain to get through the 10+ steps to talk to an actual human. Also, the comforter in my room was stained and the eggs were still frozen when they were served for breakfast.”

“The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!”
