“Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor.”

“Power outage for almost 24 hours. Could have offered a flashlight or something. Why doesn’t a big hotel have a generator? Continental breakfast selection was awful one day. You have out signs for food and when I asked when are you bringing it out your reply was there isn’t any. Then why is the sign up? I asked at 8:28 and breakfast ends at 9:30.
