“The breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the pool. Room had some wear and tear (broken fan in the bathroom, rips in the carpet by the door) but everything seemed clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“This is our second time staying. Very clean and the rooms are great. ”

“Door didn't close properly, so you had to push/pull it shut. Paint was chipped and peeling around the door frame. The shower water took a while to get hot and while changing the temp. Part of a tile was broken and missing in the bathroom. There was a very strong musty smell throughout the room.”

“The location was very convenient, which is why we booked here since it was the closest option to Legoland. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly maintained, the sofa bed sheets had hair on them, and the main bed sheets had visible stains. The room felt unclean overall, which made the stay uncomfortable. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott hotel.”

“staff was friendly. The room was neat. Ample parking. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but would still reccomend!”

“Judy was wonderful and so sweet. The building itself was a little outdated and smelled a little moldy. The elevator was scary! Our room was close to the emergency exit and there was someone who brought in the strong smell of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant. But overall we had a good stay for the price.”

“The stay was exactly what we expected. The bed was hard though.”

“Clean, but in need of maintenance. We were also unaware that most of the cottages were two rooms connected to eachother so be mindful of that. Our hairdryer didnt work, bed was rickety, and the night table/shelves were put in the wall with one screw so dont put heavy water bottles on them. We were unable to spend a full night due to a family emergency and were unable to be refunded for the two nights we reserved so be aware you will not get your money back should anything happen.”
