“Staff was super friendly. There are some neglected areas of the hotel, but felt the cleanliness of our rooms were acceptable. There were bugs in the hall light fixtures, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned up if they just look up. Housekeeping was a mixed bag. Wasn’t dirty, wasn’t spectacular either. Maybe better training? Better checklist for supervisors? The ADA room for my parents was great.”

“The rooms were filthy. Mostly everything had stains on it. We didn’t even stay. Asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere. Still waiting to see a refund deposited into my bank.”

“Staff was out on break when we got there. Manager refused to help us. When checking out asked for a printed receipt. Told they would send it email. No I want a copy. Still told will email it and to this day I have not received it.”

“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was kept stocked and tasted great for a continental breakfast.10/10 I would stay here again!”

“Great price and good location. Room was clean, but carpeted with not new carpet and some stains. Overall great for the price.”

“Im not sure what I expected from my room but I asked for a king suite. The room was perfect. The size was quite comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t ideal, but I wasnt there for the breakfast. I do like the fact they had pineapple juice. Not a fan of microwaved sausage. All in all the room was great.”

“For a one night stay it worked perfect..they were out of coffee cups that would fit the machine and facial tissues…”

“The hotel (hallways, rooms, etc.) had a really weird smell to it—very musty. There were rooms with a bunch of broken furniture with the curtains open, which made me rather uncomfortable. The bathtub had crud in it and the ice bucket had opened (and leaking) packets of honey in it. It was obviously not cleaned very well, if at all. I would not recommend.”
