Hotel a Mumford

“The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. “It was ok for the price, I suppose. The room smelled pretty bad and the floor was dirty. The door had a very large gap (not the bottom—on the side the door closes), even when latched and locked that allowed in flies, mosquitos, very annoying gnats, and even big enough for a cricket. Plus no privacy as I could hear everybody outside, which means my conversations were not private either. So, I did have the management spray some bug spray in the gap to help repel the bugs but it really needs to be...
