“Great experience. The staff were nice, everything was clean, the pool was warm and clean, the happy hour and breakfast was fresh and delicious. ”

“Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10 am but our last day, I got down there about 9:25am and everything was put away already. Weight room wasn’t clean and stocked same with men’s restroom in lobby. I let the staff know but it was still the same when I got there the next day of our stay. Floors in our room were dirty, my socks were filthy just walking on floors and I’m partially OCD do I notice things. No real area to walk pets so I just walked along road. They were doing updates on curbs...

“Very nice hotel. Open and large lobby. Breakfast was great! The rooms are spacious! My only complaint are the sliding barn doors to the bathroom. Those are trendy looking but you lose privacy.”

“The breakfast options were a lot less than other comparable hotels. The mattress felt a bit old, as in soft. Also the pillows were very small and uncomfortable, I have never slept on pillows of about 14 x 14 inches. ”

“Breakfast wasn’t free, at 730 am you could hear the cleaning vacuuming next room and house keeping making noise. Check out is at 11am and house keeping was knocking on our door at 10am. Didn’t appreciate that. ”

“The hotel could really use to clean the carpets. They look nasty. That’s the first thing you see when you walk into a hotel in the lobby and in the hall going to your room. That’s not a very good first impression. The staff did not come in and refreshed my room until the last night, and only after I ask. I was kind of disappointed. In the morning for the complementary breakfast, you had to ask for a banana and sometimes they did not have them. That’s a pretty simple item to keep in stock....

“Bring your own shampoo! I am absolutely baffled that a hotel does not offer anything beyond a bar of soap. We had to go buy our own shampoo and conditioner. The towels are paper thin! Pillows were horrible, if you’re driving through town and you need a place to stay and you can’t make it back to Houston, this is your place. If you’re staying more than one night, go elsewhere!”
