“We checked in with our reservation to the last room available. We dropped our stuff in the room that had an interesting odor only to head back out. Once we walked out of the room I realized the door doesn’t lock. Not only from the outside but the inside as well. We let the front desk know that we can’t stay in a room that does not lock we were told that it is their last room available and there will not be a maintenance person around for a few days because it’s Fourth of July weekend. “Expedia was who we booked through and the room was fine but they put us in a Handicap room even though they had plenty of other rooms ..and I always love the showers at Hampton Inns, and this was not a pleasant experience other than that it was great !! when you are handicapped I am sure it is nice, the staff and the room was overall great ! Just that flooding floor shower really ruined it for me !”

“Would have liked to have had better mattress on the beds Seemed like they were to soft and not very comfortable You could almost feel the springs when you put your weight on them Just seemed like inexpensive mattresses Other than that the stay was great One other thing the hot tub kept saying something about the primary filter needing to be looked at ”

“We’ve stayed here many times and always receive excellent service. I booked a room with a sofa just so we’d be more comfortable watching tv, but we were assigned a room on the first floor that did not have a sofa. Do the price difference from the original room was about $23. No big deal, but Expedia gave us a credit of $25 to use later. I think maybe the young man switched us to the first floor as a courtesy to us since we’re elderly. He prob thought it would be better for us.”

“The rooms were clean, it’s a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake and Blue Ridge Mountains.”

“No amenities. "European breakfast" was plain bagels, packaged muffins, yogurt. Broken juice machine. No coffee in the rooms, VERY dated furniture, and overall not worth the price.”

“Scenery was great. The room was clean, but the room floor was dirty. The hallways smelled musty. Overall it was a great stay, just could be a little better.”

“The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross.”

“My wife and I went and stayed at one of the cabins. The cabin had everything you will need. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The stayed was great. The only regret was we wish it had been longer. I recommend this place to anyone.”

“너무 좋있어요.다만 아쉬웠던 점은 거미가 몇 마리 나왔었어요. 화장실에는 샴푸가 채워있지 않았어요. 식기는 대부분 깨끗했지만 칼은 설거지되어있지 않았어요. 이런 사소한 청결부분만 제외하고는 너무 좋있어요! 침구도 깔끔했고 바베큐 하는 공간도 장작이랑 다 제공이 되어서 정말 우리가 먹을 음식만 가져가면 된다는게 큰 이점이였어요. 캠핑 느낌은 내면서 대부분의 것들이 갖추어져 있어서 너무 좋았습니다!!!! 그리고 데이터가 안터져요. 그래서 오히려 좋았어요 :) 다음에 또 올거같아요. ”
