“Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Hotel staff, although spoke very little English, always did their best to help. Room was comfortable and spacious. General areas of the hotel were always clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and there was a choice of some items on the menu.”

“Personalmente l'hotel più bello che abbia mai visto (ed io viaggio sempre per lavoro)!!È stato tutto studiato nei minimi dettagli per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno , già quando arrivi con il taxi ci si accorge della grandezza di questo hotel con dei cavalli di cristallo alti 3 metri che ti accolgono ! Lo staff preparatissimo e parlava molto bene l'inglese , al check in mi è stato offerto un the tipico kazako mentre compilavo i vari fogli e dopodiché mi è stato affidato un cameriere...

“Colazione spettacolare, stanza super pulita, peccato facesse freddo perché l'aria condizionata si accende automaticamente quando uno esce dalla stanza ed al rientro la stanza é gelata.
Unica nota stonata uno degli addetti alla reception si rifiuta di chiamare un taxi cittadino per andare in aereoporto perché vuole vendervi a tutti i costi il taxi "dell'hotel" a prezzo maggiorato. Non solo, quando sono riuscito a trovare un taxi per conto mio a prezzo giusto, lui ha lasciato il bancone della...

“Ho prenotato una junior suite, tutto abbastanza bene a parte la doccia che non manteneva la giusta temperatura, me l'hanno aggiustata dopo 3 giorni e neanche tanto bene. Comunque il personale tutto è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi mia richiesta. Colazione nella media, cena a buffet scarsa.”

“Everything was great the staff had some problems coordinating my reservation with Expedia but in the end were happy to let me stay. I don’t think they ever found my reservation.”

“The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.”
