“The water coming out of lavatory faucet was a trickle. I called management and the man said “is the pressure low?” I said “yes, there’s not enough water to wash hands. Is that normal?” He said “yes”. End of story. We had to use the tub faucet to wash up. Neither remote worked with TVs. Batteries dead. Tracked down staff and they did not replace batteries in either remote, just gave me one from another room switching them out. AC is controlled by those motion sensors. Disappointed most...

“We enjoyed our stay, but the room left things to be desired. I think a thorough renovation would help out a lot of things, honestly. The bathroom had several cracks in the floor and walls that held dirt, as well as stains in the bathtub that just made the room feel unclean. Additionally, the towels, bed linens, and quilts smelled stagnant. While laying in bed, I told my travel partner that it smelled a bit like feet. I think it was just a mustiness that made it seem as if the linens hadn’t been...
