“The pool was very dirty and cloudy but even worse was waking up in the middle of the night to find the hugest cockroach on my 6 year old grandson’s pillow as he slept and his head was still on the pillow!!!! I have a picture of the roach that we threw in the tub! I think what made the situation worse is that when I reported it to the front desk, the very tall female could only gasp and say “oh no”…. I feel that was the worst response I’ve ever seen!!! I do post my reviews to google and yelp as...

“Elevators smelled like rotten fish. Restroom had broken tiles. People were banging, stomping and yelling at 4:30am”

“There was no hand wash, body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Shower didn't work either. Called the reception, went downstairs and all they said was to wait for a few minutes. It took them 45min to give a shampoo bottle. Horrible experience.”

“Very nice large condo. The view from the condo was spectacular. Most places I looked at we only 2 stories with a limited view of the ocean. Being on the 7th floor was great. Two nice pools plus a hot tub. Easy check in and check out. New boardwalk to beach with shower off area. We would stay there again if available.”

“Make sure your pool is clean. I went there just for the pool and it was green top at all is the first room. The toilet didn’t rush the second room. There was a cockroaches in there and the third room from the top of the ceiling and all the way down to the ground there’s a water leak leakage on the sheet rock . after the third room when I found out about the leakage on the sheet rock, I didn’t wanna move anymore, but they did take care of me about that. They did comp me drinks and free breakfast....
