“The only issue we had is: at check in we were told the room wasn’t ready, no big deal. But the man that did our check in told us they would email us as soon as the room would be ready. Well we waited for one hour and around 30 more people were also waiting for this email that was never sent. After a long wait, we decided to go ask and they finally gave us a room but the aircon wasn’t working, so we mentioned it as we were going out, the man that did our check in said we will look into it….but...

“Quick fun overnigt stay with some friends. Staff was friendly and helpful - Jim our shuttle driver was the best - What a great amenity for casino goers. Room was clean and beds comfy - Bonus continental breakfast. All was great. Will stay here again for sure! ”

“Great stay Need more heat in space where pool is during winter! Front staff, cleaning staff, breakfast staff all excellent and friendly. Quiet the majority of the time. Desk chair broken by another resident but was replaced. Great stay! Very clean! And hallway deodorizer was wonderful.”
