“Everything that I had read about the excellence of the hosts on other reviews was absolutely true. Alfonso helped us with our luggage and was very thorough in explaining all the check-in details. The room was very clean with a few added amenities to make us feel welcome and the made-to-order breakfast was delightful. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.”

“We enjoyed the resort but we wouldn’t choose this resort again. We were in the Eldorado side and I think we expected it to be more updated I guess. It’s a beautiful spot, but could use some renovations. We were also disappointed that the boardwalk was closed for upgrades and the pool in our building was closed for maintenance (and we still got charged a resort fee). ”
