“Friendly staff. Breakfast was meh but it was expected. Would stay again”

“I checked in on 5/23. The trainee was very nice and welcoming. She was working through the check-in process smoothly with a question or two for the manager. The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.”

“Great location. Comfortable bed. However the room was not clean. Carpet not vacuumed, crumbs on the floor.”

“The rooms were huge and clean! The pool and outdoor area were awesome. The staff were very friendily and helpful. Only things I would change would be to get a second toaster and pancakes or waffles for breakfast, but that is just being nit picky. Would def stay here again!”

“The room was comfortable and did what I needed it for, we checked in late, which was communicated to the front desk, keys were waiting, had a early event, didn't do the free breakfast, asked for a late checkout was told if we were a member of some club, they could accommodate, but I wasn't, even though we lost most of one day because we checked in late, but overall everything was good. The room was clean, the bathroom had a Crack in the sink and the bathtub, nothing major.”

“front desk charged an additional $100 fee without notifying us for a pet fee, even though it was a service animal. Upon requesting a removal of the fee they said they needed management approval but did not return calls to apprise us - as they said they would do.”

“The door to our room was not secure. There was a gap at the bottom and top of the door where light from the hallway was coming in. The security latch was completely broken. But it was late when we arrived and we did not have the energy to go back to the front desk to get moved. I was with my husband so I felt safe. “Absolutely filthy place. There was a horrible odor in the hallways likely due to the filthy stained carpet. We were on the second floor and all night long awoke to loud noises above us. Massive trucks blocked parking spaces and pot smoking everywhere!”
