Hotel a Neoga

“We were on a trip from OK to MI & got caught in a snow storm & had to find a place to stay before dark. I’m Leary of most cheap hotels but I was pleasantly surprised! Would stay again!!”

“Clean room. Low water pressure in sink. Shower seemed ok. Breakfast was good.”

“This was a fun place, it have motel style rooms for the friendly rooms. This allowed me to park right in front of my door. I am travel cross country, truck is packed full”

“First time at this Hotel. Check in was great, the room was nice and clean. The bed was a little bit noisy. ”

“The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing.”

“I was so impressed and pleased with my stay at Clarion Pointe Mattoon. From our check in until our departure, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was so clean and updated. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very peaceful experience. We have stayed down the road at the pricier hotel and this stay was comparable to it, only the price was better! If I had to have something to mention, the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not have its own control. ”
