“Hotel is behind a mall is nice”

“Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Our room refrigerator had leftover melted ice cream in the freezer which is still there by the way, we left it. We had a very sticky rusted trash can in the area to use.The fold out couch was very uncomfortable to use and we had to ask for sheets and pillows and make it ourselves to use it. Room wasnt cleaned our first morning even though we left before 11am. Came back to a dirty room with no clean towels but when I asked for clean towels someone...

“It was a very nice stay the only complaint I have is that I couldn’t get a crib/pack and play for my baby. I believe they were all out ”

“Staff very pleasant. Indoor pool closed for season. Great location. Breakfast was fair. Not quite as a selection as other properties. No full length mirror in room. ”

“This hotel is very, very nice. Clean, comfortable, modern and just a short 10 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the staff (in particular Medina, Sydney and Jake) were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Absolutely wonderful experience. Looking forward to a return in the very near future. ”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“Stayed here for just a night over Easter weekend. We were greeted by the owner, Christina. She was lovely, accommodating, and warm. She let us borrow a few things for the beach and directed us to our room. The room was nice. Two queen beds, comfortable. The A/C was cold and the TV worked. The only issue we had was the neighboring room had a dog that kept barking in the daytime, but it wasn’t really that distracting. We had a great stay, and plan on coming back. ”

“The owner greeted me on the porch and proceeded to make me acclimated to the property. The home is really nice, 12 foot ceilings, bathrooms in every room, great sitting areas in the back, coffee was excellent in the morning, and breakfast hit the spot as well. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to New Bern, NC…”

“The owners went above and beyond in every way possible. No details were missed. The house was beautiful; the hosts gracious and helpful, and the food was divine. There were cookies, filtered water, and wine in the room for us- it was decorated beautifully and the bathroom was fully stocked with anything we could need. ”
