Hotel a New Chicago

“Appears to be newly built. Bathroom fixtures are still sparkly. Staff was just as sparkly and helpful. Had a fantastic stay.”

“Not enough towels and wash cloths. Damaged drawers. No breakfast at all. No soap or shampoo or conditioner. No coffee maker.”

“The hotel looks clean . However outdated furniture, dim rooms no over head lighting, whirlpool needs work jets splashed so big got room wet, no complimentay water, not enough toiletries. I went to breakfast and room key was locked out , I guess because it was close checkout time. If hubby wasn't in the room I would have had to go to the front desk for reentry. They should cut hanging trees on property some were blocking walk way to hotel. If they spend a little money updating it could be 5...

“Overall pretty great place to stay. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. They also have a decent fitness area which I appreciated and used. The room was clean and perfect temp when we walked in. Big tv and easy to use. The only issue we seemed to notice was the tub. We only showered but the center of our tub was so concaved it was very difficult to shower. Also like no water pressure. Idk if it was just our specific room or what. Besides that great place to stay.”

“We had 3 children and the people in the room next to us kept us all up all night. I made a call to the staff at 3 AM asking for some help and nothing was done. We ended up checking out early and not completing our stay.”

“They need to check toilet cause it was leaking water was running slow in the shower bathroom door really didn't close but it will do when you want to get away for the weekend”

“The pool area gets super hot/ humid in the summer. The area could benefit from an a/c system or an exhaust system to control the chlorine fumes and uncomfortable temp. Not bad when you're swimming, but if you are watching the kiddios it's not a great guest experiences.”

“This hotel is still under construction while the room we were given was clean and pretty nice. The bed was hard. The television did not work. We went to the office, but it was never fixed when we got there. We were charged $100 deposit and and it was not refunded that they said we smoked me and my boyfriend don’t even smoke. They kept our deposit refused to give it back so don’t stay at this hotel in Merrillville. There are many other nicer friendlier hotels in the area.”

“Vale il prezzo che si paga. Nel mio viaggio itinerante nel Midwest, ho alloggiato in hotel di categoria superiore (e di catene molto note) con un livello di pulizia decisamente inferiore. Si trova vicino a una buona steak house. Check-in e check-out molto veloci. Consigliato, se si è in zona”

“Buona posizione per l'Indiana Dune NP Struttura molto basic con prezzo alto per i servizi. Letto scomodo e mancava il sapone nella doccia.”
