Hotel a New Deal

“The Front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful his name Simon, very courteous and nice manners.”

“The staff was not very pleasant. The beds were clean , water pressure in the shower is good but the bathroom had a broken toilet handle when we got there. I did address it with the front desk and maintenance came and fixed it while we were at dinner. The breakfast they offered was not the best. We ended up going to breakfast for something of substance. “Property just wasn’t very well maintained. Needs some updating and cleaning. Also no hot water for about 12-18 hours approx. wife had to take a cold shower one morning.”

“We were told by locals that it’s one of the safer hotels on the interstate. Very clean property room could have been just a bit cleaner. No complaints overall.”

“DO not stay at this property. The room was unacceptable when we arrived. The AC was not working properly, the shower was broken, the TV wouldn’t work, and there was a bag of trash in our room. The staff was not helpful at all. The hotel manager did promise us a refund on May 15th, but we still haven’t received it as of May 31st. Expedia has not been helpful in assisting us with the refund. My bank is involved now.”

“Very filthy hotel . Piss stained old mattresses and uncomfortable. Linens were all stained. Pillows old, stained and uncomfortable. Broken light fixtures, filthy refridgerator, filthy floors, trim missing on floor. Shameful for such a well known company.”

“This is the worst suite at a Best Western I have seen in my many years of travel. Don't expect to have meals using the kitchenette. There is absolutely nothing in it. See my pictures to view the short comings. I was going to stay 4 nights but checked out after the first night. A few of the issues were: birds living on the balcony with poop all over it.
