Hotel a New Deal

“Bed had some type of insects or tiks that left bite marks on my legs. Asked for a refund but was denied because I booked through 3rd party (exoedia). Ended booking a different hotel for the night.”

“They have issues with WiFi and the front desk person was not helpful and kept telling us that we will be charged but unable to understand that we couldn’t even join the free one”

“The floors walls and shower were filthy. The bed was ok. The common area was pretty well maintained and the staff were always nice. The price was super cheap but I’m still not sure I’d stay again with the cleanliness as bad as it was. ”

“Staff was fine. Room was dirty. Bed was thankfully ok. Towels had holes. Shower had hair. Hot tub was sketchy. Pool was ok. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something nicer. We were just there for the night so didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of complaining and trying to get another room. ”

“This property is very outdated and we were disappointed by overall cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and shared spaces. Our patio was covered in bird poop and unusable. The room is very outdated. Not typical of best westerns we have stayed at in the past. ”

“The room was dark and outdated. The fixtures in the bathroom (toilet paper holder and stability bars) had rust all over them. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls. There was no inner liner for the shower curtain. The towels were dingy grayish-brown and most of the towels were stained!”

“To keep it short and simple, this place is absolutely awful. Our room was filthy, with hair and crumbs everywhere. Our bed has BED BUGS and my kids and I got bit multiple times. The property is outdated and lacking extreme maintenance. Do not, under any circumstance stay here. Not sure why it has any good reviews. Still waiting to hear from property manager for refund. I am so unbelievably disgusted and frustrated. I have spent 3 days cleaning and disinfecting our belongings, hoping we didn’t...
