“My door key never worked the entire 3 day stay and they dissembled the entire door mechanism, that was hours long process. Unless someone let us in we were locked out. And the fact you have to ask to have air conditioning is ridiculous, have never in my life heard or experienced that. The sink barely drained and water pressure in shower was subpar. The breakfast was good. The bed was ok. ”

“We had an issue that was totally unacceptable! On the last night of our stay, starting at about 8:45PM, the people staying in the room next to ours started to party. They partied from the back of their pickup truck, which was backed into the parking space right outside our door. The music was loud and intrusive to our sleep, and the revelers were yelling and carrying on at full volume. I called the front desk to complain. “The room was not vacuumed. There were splinters lying around on the carpet. With bare feet you can't walk. There was a dirty towel lying around in the bedroom. Bathtub is in poor condition. In the middle of night a loud noise started coming out of recepticle near the bed, video of which was shown to the front desk. Breakfast was mediocre. We were charged $300 per night which was too excessive. We demanded a refund for our stay at the front desk. But, they never responded as the manager was not...
