Hotel con piscina a New Jersey meridionale

“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”

“ I am disabled and use a mobility scooter. the only complaint I had was at the breakfast counter. it is very narrow, and a plate cannot be placed down. It was impossible to hold a plate, hold open the silver servers and put food on my plate. Another traveler helped put food on my plate.,”

“So I'm riding my bike to NYC and this hotel was positioned perfect on the route. It was a bit pricey for my liking but was so nice... Anita on the front desk is a jewel and met every need, including a random comment I wish rooms had coasters... bingo I had one! The bar was nice too and the staff friendly. My one complaint was my room was in the side where a train or something runs every couple of hours. Still, it was clean, comfortable, and nice! I'd stay again! ”
