Hotel a New Smithville

“I wouldn’t stay here. The staff is the only reason why we didn’t move hotels once we checked in. Young kid at the front desk, Isaiah, absolutely amazing young man. We booked through Expedia two rooms and realized the dates were wrong. Called Expedia and they said they were able to adjust the booking dates so we thought cool. Nope. Wrong. Got to hotel and they only changed one room not two and we lost the other room. Hotel still gave us two rooms but only to discover once we checked in both...

“This is a newer hotel so everything is clean and spotless. It was quiet and pretty empty there. The room was a suite. It had a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. It was very nice. I would definitely go back.”

“I believe we had bedbugs. We left with lots of bites on us! I can’t be 100% sure as I did not see them but the bites speak for themselves.”
