“Everything was fine except we were not able to log into the WiFi for the television. We called the front desk and Help Desk and still no success. We wanted to sign onto our Netflix account but the Wifi password didn't work. (Although no issues getting to the hotel's wifi on our phones.)”

“Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. ”

“Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was...

“Everything went smoothly, check in was quick, staff were friendly and wanted to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and huge. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it wasn’t cleaned the second or third day. The breakfast isn’t terrible—lots of options, but those scrambled eggs need help. Both bartenders are the BEST. We literally stay at this hotel because of them.”

“The staff was great, the room spacious & clean. Our only complaints were the lighting. The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair. Had it been a sunny day, I could have done all that by the window. It was so poorly lit I had difficulty changing my husband's bandage. Everything else was great. We would...

“The location was great, the room was large. The room was very hot and the windows did not open. Maintenance came and said sometimes guests turn the fireplace on which overheats the room. They were had to turn on the ac which had not been turned on for the season. There is a utility closet in the room, which is very loud and ran all night ( sounded like sneakers in a dryer). The sheets and the rug were stained”

“The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.”
