Hotel a Kutztown

“My only complaint is that i didn’t see the emails with the door code, so when i went there, i knocked on the door and waited a bit - no one was at the property. Then for some reason i checked my email while i was waiting and saw the note with the code. It’s not a big deal, but confusing ”

“When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. “We stayed for five nights, the room was fine. However don't ask the housekeeping staff to get you anything. I assume it was the manager told me if you need anything you go through me not the housekeeping staff. Needless to say that was the only one day we got clean towels and our trash emptied. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant. In all the other front desk employees were also Pleasant”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

“Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came...

“Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money. -Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting. -ice machine was broken - laundry room was not operable - the bathroom door wouldn’t close - the room door got stuck multiple times - cigarette burn and stain on the bedding - pool was dirty (pump was off) - the landline to the front desk was not working”
