“The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Newcastle Central Station. The worst thing was the american style of intrusive 'customer service'. (E.g., "I'll send you a message when you get to your room to see if you got there alright!") Also the lift floor labelling was in the american style, e.g. G-2-3-4-5- etc. This is just plain offensive. This is the first of three questionnaires you or the hotel have sent me about my one-night stay. I'll try not to lose my temper in the answers.”

“Personale gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite con bagno confortevole. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro accanto all’Hotel. Noi abbiamo anche cenato menu semplice ma piacevole. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. Location sul fiume a 15 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro. Hotel con piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato”
