“We were all really impressed with this property for the price it was really excellent value. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is amazingly well supplied with everything you could need. It is close to the city centre, but also within easy reach of the beaches like Roker. It may not be the most picturesque part of Sunderland but the neighbours were also very pleasant and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.”

“Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould.
Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working.
We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this.
Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.”
