“I truly enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the views out of my window! The proximity of the pier, the amazing sunrises and sunsets! April in Newport Beach was perfect! I kept the windows open and enjoyed all of the sounds! I found the place easily and the parking! I’m so glad I ignored some of the other reviews but I can imagine that if you are there during high tourist season, it’s a much different story! Also, the jacuzzi tub was fabulous! “This place is dirty- I do not recommend staying here. The floors were dirty as if no one swept or mopped. The shower curtain had a stain on it. There was a random dirty towel in the closet. There were dirty shoe prints in the shower. And the bedding and bed was low quality. There was no fitted sheet on the bed- just a thin flat sheet. I was not going to be comfortable sleeping in such a dirty place so I ended up finding a new place to stay. It’s like they didn’t even try.”
