“The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. “Our trip to the Cordis Auckland was pretty good, we stayed 9days in total in a Executive club room. The room was good, large enough, but if we returned we would like a bigger room, for comfort. I had tried to get an upgrade prior to our arrival, which was given then taken away, we also approached the FOH to get a cost to upgrade when the hotel after the 2nd June was very very quiet, but they didnt seem too interested in making our stay better, of corse they were for nearly double the the amount...

"Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente"
