“The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…”

“Great location we visited Salem . The Spanish gentleman in the night shift was amazing ! He was my buddy thank you for going over and beyond to help with something small like my cranberry juice and directions for us . 20 ish minutes away in car to Salem . Pool is great and the breakfast is okay fast breakfast . My only thing is that the bed was so hard ! I had pain in my hips since I’m a side sleeper . But the service was amazing housekeeping came everyday . And the rooms are clean . ”

“Excellent property luxurious spotless with great service. Bellman and check in with Darlene went smoothly. One small problem. We asked to extend our stay one day. They agreed and said the price would be the same. The next day the bill was $200 more. I spoke with the manager and he immediately corrected the bill and to apologize gave us a breakfast coupon. Beautifully handled and much appreciated. Great hotel with lots to do in the area.”
