“House was amazing. It’s was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The host thought of providing every creature comfort, from a well stocked coffee/tea bar to full bathing amenities. Outside is a quiet, large, beautiful patio overlooking a canal with snowy egrets to greet guests. There’s a huge playground across the street for families to enjoy.”

“The home is beautiful and well equipped. Good coffee supplied. When I arrived, big wind settled in. So the first day, a friend and I enjoyed the beauty of the ocean from the safety and comfort of the couch, through the panoramic windows. At the last minute, a friend was able to stay with me for one night, and Kellie and Brandt quickly got back to me, extending my stay after I asked. About a 40 minute drive to Point Reyes, where I love to hike. A peaceful trip. I hope to return.”

“We were completely satisfied with our rental experience. 16 adult family members and 3 small grandbabies all stayed comfortably for my mother’s memorial in her 100th year. We were able to work in the kitchen together, which was well stocked with all hard goods, and working appliances. there were not pantry items, such as spices or other cooking basics. “The online description was accurate. Served as a nice base for exploring Sonoma County west of the 101. Very relaxed feel. Fun to see all of the farm animals on the surrounding properties.”

“We arrived to a property that was littered in trash (see picture for reference) and without power. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount. We opted to leave but the host still refused to refund the 250 cleaning fee even though we left within 15 mins upon arrival. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Find somewhere else to stay.”

“The house was perfect! A great location from Napa to do wine tasting and Bottlerock. The house was very clean with lots of amenities. The pickleball court made it extra fun! Our hosts were great and stayed in touch via texts during the trip to make sure we were enjoying our stay!”
