Facilities: Modern appliances, smart TVs, coffee machine, electric cooktop, dishwasher, free wifi, BBQ, fish filleting facilities, laundry facilities.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning located in both living areas.
Pets: Pets considered upon application
Fenced: Fully fenced.
Special features: Nice coastal and rural views. Large residence with ample space, modern appliances, multiple living areas.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
