“Booked this hotel as it was advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for maintenance when we checked in. I had worked 9 hours and drove 4 hours to get there. It was almost 9pm. I was not switching hotels. I think I should have been alerted prior to check in day so I had a choice to book elsewhere. Very disappointed!!!!”
