“Not a good experience. My wife got stuck in the elevator due to a malfunction. Technicians came to fix it, but the elevator broke again afterward. We were very concerned about the safety and reliability of the hotel facilities.”

“I liked the accessible room we had but have two suggestions. In the bathroom, a shower wand "holder" needs to be installed closer to the shower seat. Also, another grab bar needs to be installed on the back wall closer to the shower. On 2nd day, cleaning staff exchanged towels but did not make bed. Is that standard procedure?”
