“The staff who greeted us at 11 pm after a long day were so kind and welcoming! They are a great addition to your staff! Everyone is so pleasant and we are very happy to visit anytime we have to be in the area. We’d Love to be there on May 29th for a graduation we must attend but you are all booked up and we can see why! ”

“DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel...

“The directions for the tv stopped short on how to use the remote once the tv was turned on, We have a different cable provider at home and the remote was different. ”

“While not the fault of the hotel itself the baseball tournament Shenanigans were too much for anyone not part of that group to handle including staff. There was absolutely no chance to enjoy a drink at the bar or have dinner since they had to shut it down due to unruliness and forget about enjoying a breakfast there this morning.”
