Hotel per fare shopping a North Central Colorado

“Personale gentile e accogliente ma tutto il resto non va. Tutta la struttura sembra lasciata andare da anni .... ascensore in condizioni tremende infissi sverniciati ( una delle nostre finestre non si chiudeva bene) e moquette macchiata . Non so se ci è capitata una camera sfortunata o se tutte Sono così ”

“Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience.”

“Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space).”

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”.
