“The room was clean and a nice hot tub.”

“We checked in late due to being at a Red Rocks concert. Although we made note of this on reservation, the hotel gave away our room. We reserved two queens…and they gave us a king with a roll away bed. It took 40 minutes to check in..and when we checked out… there was also a long line. Staff was NOT friendly. Still love the hotel…and have stayed a few times in the past.. with no issue. Obviously lack of trained employees is an issue.”

“Won’t do this one again. I paid the same amount here as a really nice hotel (Delta) only 10mi away. This place reminds me of a Motel 8 - super basic (not even cups in rooms) and zero frills, which is fine for a quick night stay as long as it’s clean….but it wasn’t. Pulled down my bedding to find black hairs all over the pillows and on the sheets. The pillows still smelled slept on (like dirty hair) so I requested a room change. I had to pack everything up and move again late at night -...
